The Money Manager 6 File is stored in the MM6 format and is affixed with the MM6 extension and is used by Money Manager personal and business finance software. These MM6 files are generally classified as data files that contain financial data such as purchases, sales, investments, and bank account information. These files are used for storing personal and company data and generating reports. Money Manager 6 is already and old version and the latest version is Money Manager 7 which uses MMM file extension. So in cases when the user upgrades to Money Manager 7, the user must copy the data files to DocumentsMoney' folder, the default location for the new version. The Moneysoft Money Manager software can be used in Microsoft Windows based systems to access and view MM6 files. As of date, Money Manager 6 and other Moneysoft version 6 products no longer operate under a Windows 7 64-bit environment.
